Network policies

The operator wrapper renders network controls through the bb-common subchart. Use packages.eckOperator.values.bb-common.networkPolicies with the umbrella’s packageConfiguration.version: v1 interface, or bb-common.networkPolicies for standalone package Helm use. Policies are disabled by the standalone wrapper defaults; the umbrella supplies the platform’s common defaults and API network inputs.
