This section organizes package work in Big Bang by lifecycle phase:

• Onboarding: Process-oriented planning and approvals needed before technical implementation
• Integration: Technical implementation steps to make a package Big Bang compatible
• Offboarding: Process and technical cleanup for removing or deprecating a package
