Use the filter kubernetes.pod_name = authservice-* AND kubernetes.labels = {app.kubernetes.io/name = authservice} to get logs from the authservice Pod.

HAProxy

Use the filter kubernetes.pod_name = authservice-haproxy-sso* to get logs from the haproxy Pod.
